1. Game use

Forest Pixel is provided as an online game under continuous development. Features, rules, prices, internal economy, items, events and game modes may be updated to improve security, balance and user experience.

2. Wallet and Web3

Users are responsible for their own wallet, private keys, passwords, devices, selected network and signed transactions. Forest Pixel does not access users' seed phrases or private keys.

3. FPX and digital assets

FPX is a utility token for use within the game ecosystem. It is not an investment, equity interest, profit promise, yield, dividend or guarantee of price appreciation. Digital assets may fluctuate in price and involve technical, regulatory and market risks.

4. Purchases and transactions

Wallet-based purchases depend on Polygon network confirmation and server validation. Network fees, RPC failures, confirmation delays and wallet errors may occur.

5. Player conduct

Users must not exploit bugs, automate abusive behavior, forge Gold, manipulate APIs, attack the server, attempt to access third-party data or use the game in a way that harms other users.

6. Updates

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the game after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
